| Although it is a relatively new firm, all of our attorneys
have witnessed and/or have got involved in the change of the
intellectual property practice and the revision of the relevant
laws during the past decade. They are all distinguished attorneys
who have long-term working experience in the China Trademark
Office and/ or leading IP firms in China. Now, we have 4 partners,
8 associates and a number of assistants. All the partners are
chartered trademark attorneys or patent attorneys and qualified
Chinese lawyers, proficient in English and holding degrees from
the best universities in China. Although our working foreign
language is English, we have part-time translators of French
and Japanese. Apart from our main office in Beijing, we have
a branch office in Guangzhou and area coordinators in Shenzhen,
Zhejiang and Shanghai in order to control and coordinate our
investigation and raid actions against infringement. |
